Earliest check in is 3.00pm. Latest check in is 8.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 12.00pm.
To pay by Bank Transfer please email leanne.colston@pamis.org.uk for PAMIS' bank details.
If you are not registered with PAMIS and select this rate we will cancel your holiday.
If you would like to register with PAMIS please email leanne.colston@pamis.org.uk directly to apply and check your eligibility.
Once you have been registered you will be notified and will be able to book a break at PAMIS family rates.
To be a registered PAMIS family you must care for someone with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
As part of the agreement to use the Coach House for accessible holidays we are required to ensure that a member of the party has a disability. For this reason we have two rates available. One is a PAMIS Family rate for registered families with a profound and multiple learning disability and the other is for parties who include anyone with a disability of any kind.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not offer refunds, however, we are happy to deal with each booking on an individual basis and preferably find alternative dates so that you may reschedule your holiday to a more suitable period.
DAMAGES DEPOSIT: Upon your arrival at the holiday home please check for any damage or missing items. This must be reported to us immediately to ensure that your damages deposit is not forfeited. If any damage is reported by our housekeeping staff after you check out and was not reported to us upon your arrival or during your stay we will retain your damages deposit.
